As the Master Developer of Cyberjaya, Setia Haruman was entrusted with the role to plan, design and prepare the primary infrastructure for the Cyberjaya Flagship Zone (CFZ). The area covers 7,000 acres of freehold land consisting of four main zones known as enterprise, commercial, institutional and residential. Each zone is fully equipped with a host of intelligent network services and interactive broadband services.

Undertaking all aspects of the Cyberjaya development, Setia Haruman is involved in planning and designing, providing of basic infrastructure, marketing and selling of land parcels and other real estate developments to investors and sub-developers to design their own premises subject to permitted planning guidelines. In addition, Setia Haruman offers assistance to MSC-status companies in obtaining the right land and approvals for sub-division and building plans. It has also been approved to oversee the city's residential developments.

Today, Setia Haruman is credited for the development of Cyberjaya into an intelligent city with not only world-class standards and a variety of facilities but also rich natural surroundings. In the next 10 to 15 years, Cyberjaya is also expected to see a large boom in population growth with residential developments to cater up to a target population of 210,000, business developments providing for up to 120,000 employees and institutional establishments for 30,000 students.
