As a leader in development, Setia Haruman has won multiple awards for many of its development projects and concepts. Amongst them, Setia Haruman has won landscaping awards by the National State Landscape Department of Malaysia as well as the State Landscape Department of Selangor for its outstanding garden concepts and streetscapes in Cyberjaya.

Cyberjaya was also awarded twice the FIABCI Malaysia Property Award, once in 2004 for Best Resort Development, and the other in 2006 when it won the award for Best Office Development Category. In 2007, Cyberjaya was awarded the Prix d’Excellence FIABCI Global Property Award under the Office/Industry Category and Street Mall win the Energy Efficient Building under the ASEAN Energy Awards 2007 for Tropical Building Category organized by ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE).
