Datuk P. Kasi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and is also a registered architect with the Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia, the Royal Institute of British Architects, the Association of Building Engineers, England. He is also an associate of the Royal Australia Institute of Architects and a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators and the Malaysian Institute of Interior Design.

Datuk P. Kasi is the Managing Director/CEO and co-founder of the MK Land Group of Companies, one of the largest property companies listed on the Malaysian Stock Exchange.

Actively involved in many professional organizations where he shares his knowledge and expertise on both the local and international property and building industry, Datuk P. Kasi is the Past Chairman of the Architects Regional Council Asia (ARCASIA), which comprises the National Institutes of Architects from 16 member countries in Asia. He is also the Past President of the Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM/Malaysian Institute of Architects) and the Past Chairman of the Balai Ikhtisas Malaysia (Malaysian Professional Centre).

Currently the Chief Operating Officer of Setia Haruman, Mr. Lao Chok Keang is responsible for the company's overall performance. He was formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Saujana Triangle Sdn Bhd, the company undertaking the development of a 750-acre township in Petaling Jaya known as Damansara Perdana.

Mr. Lao is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. With more than 20 years experience in the property industry, Mr. Lao has held various senior management positions in property development and investment companies.

Annuar Marzuki, a Malaysian aged 39, is the Group Chief Financial Officer of UEM Group Berhad. He is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant of CPA Australia and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He holds an Honours degree in Accountancy and a Masters degree in business Administration (Finance) from the International Islamic University. He also holds a Diploma in Comparative Law from the Institute of Islamic Studies.

Annuar started his career in the Audit & Business Advisory Services division of Pricewaterhouse in 1993 before moving to the Audit Department of UMW Corporation Sdn Bhd, a conglomerate involved in the automotive, engineering, and oil and gas industries. He joined the Internal Audit Department of Renong Berhad (now part of the UEM Group) in March 1995. A year later, he moved to the Corporate Finance Department of what was then the Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad. Subsequently, in March 1999, he joined the Corporate Finance Department of Renong Berhad.

In July 2003, Annuar was seconded to TIME Engineering Berhad as the General Manager of Corporate Finance. In January 2004, he transferred to the UEM Group as the General Manager in the Office of the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. He was the Chief Financial Officer of PLUS Expressways Berhad since June 2006 before being appointed to the current position on 1 September 2009.

Director, Finance & Corporate Affairs

Mohd Zakir Omar joined UEM Land in 2003. Prior to joining UEM Land, he was with Faber Group Berhad from 2000 to 2003 with the last position as Senior Manager, Business Development. He has previously worked for Business Focus Group as an Accountant and subsequently as Head of Finance from 1997 to 2000 and for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from 1994 to 1997. He has been a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 1998. He holds a BA(Hons) Combined Studies, Accounting and Law from DeMontfort University, Leicester, England where he graduated in 1993.

Peter Teh Heng Poh, aged 51, is the Chief Operating Officer of MKN Group of Companies. Prior to joining MKN Group of Companies in November 2005, he was the Chief Operating Officer in the Corporate Planning & Finance Department of MK Land Holdings Bhd. Peter gained much relevant hands-on and practical experience in property development over the years. In August 1995, he joined Segi Objektif (M) Sdn. Bhd., the developer of the Bukit Merah Laketown development, as the Chief Operating Officer.

He started his career in 1979 at Charles Bradburn & Co. as an accounts clerk and then ventured into auditing with a few public accounting firms. In 1982, he joined Shah Alam Properties Sdn. Bhd. (now known as Shah Alam Properties Bhd.) as an accounts executive before moving on in 1984 to be Finance Manager with Ernest Chong PTL Property Consultant Sdn. Bhd.

Peter was conferred the Ali Mahkota Perak (“AMP”) by His Majesty, the Sultan of Perak Darul Ridzuan in 1998.

Mr. Balasingam was appointed to the Setia Haruman board on 26 April 2005. He has 24 years of experience in the field of finance, accounting, taxation, company secretarial and statutory compliance.

He is also a director for many private limited companies involved in property development, property investment and project management.

Puan Fazwinna Binti Tan Sri Datuk Hj Mustapha Kamal, aged 34 was appointed to the Board of Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd on 2 March 2007. She holds a Degree in Public Relations Studies Management from the Australian International University.

Currently she is the Chief Operating Officer of ADK Motor Sports Sdn Bhd and MKN Motor Sports Sdn Bhd, where both companies are involved in automotive business. She is also a General Manager of MKN Holdings Sdn Bhd, an investment holding company.
