PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related
discipline
Minimum 10 years experience in the design and implementation
of infrastructure works for township development. Experience
in building works will be an advantage
Familiar with requirements of submission to local
authorities
Candidates without design experience but with good
project management skills are also encouraged to apply
Highly committed and hardworking

CLERK-OF-WORKS
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years construction experience in building
and/or infrastructure works
Must be able to liaise effectively with consultants
and contractors
Able to read and understand construction drawings
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
